CIDESCO是法文 Comité International D'Esthétique et de Cosmétologie 的首字母缩写，中文为：国际美学和美容学委员会。

总部在瑞士苏黎世.是全世界权威 、庞大、健全的美容组织。受到世界各国的美容界、化妆品、医学等相关专业的注视，其地位超常，有美容界的“联合国”之称。

1946年12月27日比利时的乔治·杜蒙特和法国的雅克·波尔森在布鲁塞尔成立了国际艺术与科学研究委员会。第一次世界大会在比利时布鲁塞尔召开。雅克·波尔森当选为第一任城市主席。

1982年第三十六届CIDESCO大会在温哥华举行：国际美容教母、蒙妮坦创始人郑明明教授将国际CIDESCO率先引入中国、香港及东南亚地区，成立了46年至今。
